Hakey
Game which was set for Wednesday the 6th is off as apparently Falmouth cannot raise a side :SM_carton:
Guest Postie Pidge
Sadly this is true. We have tried all we can at this end and had the match officials all sorted but when you lose 7 players within a few days theres not a lot a small squad can deal with. Eyebrows33
What about players filling in from the 2/3 teams? There must be at least 50 players signed on for FTFC, im sure some of the 2/3 team players would love to have the opportunity to play for Falmouth 1st team. The Gooner
I hope that you are right because if not morale at the club will suffer and no doubt those players that are there may review their options? Best of luck to Falmouth for the season.
Guest geachy1
with falmouth being a town the size it is you would of thought there would be no end of players that would want to play for falmouth town. how many players from the 1st are from falmouth? Mike Odgers
Sensible decision making 'Pidge' and early cancellation notice to Dobwalls and Mousehole. Dobwalls FC obviously disappointed in not visiting Bickland for the first time and one option of putting out the third X1 was just as well not considered as the pitch would have taken a battering with this weeks rain. The goalmouths turned brown after the double header last saturday. I am sure Hakey and Gooner can see the problem in a better light and Dobwalls FC will be pencilled in above others for a friendly when the next opportunity arises. . allforone1889
Kevin Wills played for Dawlish at the weekend but because the Western League and the Peninsula League are seperate leagues he could play for both.
