Div 3: Fal Ath 2nds 6 Carharrack 2.

Great result considering we had not played in a month.

And had a team who had not really played together.

Nice finish from Ronnie Tregus, Keir Dent header (wow I know!) M. Cudlipp blasted top corner.

Jack Foote luckilly megged the keeper then scored a penalty and Keir had a tap in.

The lads did really well. Unfortunately winger Matt hawke looks like Quasimodo after a boot in the face. Joel Richardson covered well in goal at half time after Nathan Percival was injured.

Man of the match Ronnie in centre mid who ran his socks off and was dominant in the air.

Carharrachk first goal a bit of a blunder by Athletic but they pushed and deservedly got a second.

Best wishes to them for rest of the year. Our last game of the season saturday away to Camborne Park.

Scorers for Mawgan were Steven (spike) Hughes 3 and Eddie Stewart all in the 1st half

Mawgan dominated for 70 mins playing some decent football and at 1 stage it looked like it wa going to be a cricket score. then the usual happened with the Mawgan lads verbally raping each other over nothing and Hayle came back into with 3 brakaway goals in the end Mawgan were hanging on but managed to get the 3 points.
