P6 Summer League

23rd May - 8th Aug 2008 - Do You Have What It Takes?

The Summer league is back again for its 3rd season, with a new format creating a guaranteed run of dramatic twists and turns, does your team have what it takes to be crowmed Summer Champions?

A 16 team league. Begins Fri May 23rd and ends Fri August 8th. Kick offs will be between 7pm and 8.45pm, so no conflict with 11 a side, and a great way to keep fit out of season.

The new concept will see teams initailly drawn into 4 divisions of 4 teams, with us playing 4 mini seasons. Each team in each division plays each other once and at the end of 3 games the top two are promoted and the bottom two are relegated).

The idea of this is that by the time we reach the final mini season all teams should be in a mini league that has sides of a similar standard in it as the best would have risen to the top.

There will be prizes and trophies for the winners of each division during the last season and they will be on a sliding scale with the best trophies and prizes going to the winners of the Premier League.
