Hayle AFC reserves (playing in combination league) are looking for new players to bolster the team. If you’re interested come along to training (Wed evening 7:30 on Hayle 3G pitch).

looking at full time it says that hayle reserves have have had 7 games postponed so far this season but with the weather only really now starting to turn bad and with a 3g pitch why are games being postponed?  I visited hayle a few times over the past seasons and it is by far one of the best facilities at this level of football and the only club in Cornwall with their own dedicated rubber pitch if Im not mistaken so why and more importantly how can a club of this stature seriously be struggling for players.i would think a club with this sort of facility would be turning players away not begging for them.  is the club run poorly? I haven't been in the changing rooms but the building looks big, there is a decent size club house and two great pitches why is the club strugglin? I hope your fortunes change because to have those facilities and only one team over 16 would be a travesty

I was thinking just the same BrummyBarry - such a shame to see those facilities going to waste!

It just goes to show these days that even if you get what your committed volunteers want with fantastic facilities things cannot always go your way. 

Hopefully the club can turn the corner because a lot of hard work has been put in over many years to get the club where it is today.
