Richard Chown
Young defender Martin Watts has joined Truro City after his contract with Argyle was cancelled. Watts, 18;never made a first-team appearance for the Pilgrims and the management decided his career would benefit from regular football at the leaders of the Toolstation Western Premier League. Martin has an absolutely hammer of a left-foot and with his ability to operate at either left-back or on the wing, he is sure to be a success at Treyew Road. Guest Cornish Football Fan
You would of thought after being released from Plymouth Argyle, championship side he would go and trial else where at maybe a league 1 or 2 club, he is only 18 so could easily get a pro at other league 1/2 sides, rather then signing for Truro City many many leagues below and not even a professional side, another youngster with no ambition?? If at first you dont succeed try and try again, dont just give up, and settle for a side like Truro City.
Guest ggr_garth
Heard back in January that Brentford were said to be interested. Anyone know if he will be eligible to play in the Senior cup final, next week?
soccer fan
i dont think he will be able 2 play in the senior cup final as i think u have 2 play at least 3 league games 4 the club and play in a previous round thats does not included the semi final so he would of had 2 play in the quater final or below rounds!!!!!!!!!!!
