Roche 0 Foxhole 2 (Bould 42, Beresford 52)

Foxhole found Roche a tough nut to crack, and much credit goes to the home side for a disciplined defensive display throughout. Although Beresford ought to have scored when clean through and Rowe fired a free kick narrowly wide, Bennetts looked in no trouble until just before the break when he inexplicably dropped Carl Rickard's inswinging corner, which allowed Bould to force the ball over the line. The striker's reaction to sustaining an injury in the scramble led to him being sin-binned, from which he did not re-appear, but it was right at the conclusion of the ten-minute forfeit that the Foxes scored their second. Following a fine move, Peers' effort struck a post before falling kindly for Beresford to tap in. Roche were unable to offer a significant attacking threat, so the prospect of a thrilling finale for the neutral was never likely, while the Foxes were content to see out time.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Ryan Wilkins, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Aaron Beresford, Tim Peers, Aidan Dingle; Courtney Rowe, Carl Rickard, Benno Bould. Subs: Brodie Mitchell, Levi Kerrigan, Jay Manning, Jake Couch, Caleb Hawkin.

Roche (4-5-1): Dan Bennetts; Dan Smith, Tommy Eccleston, Neil Osborne, Sam Leaney; Josh Higman, Sam Eccleston, Harry Trethewey, Jack Morris, Dean Burnett; Ross Welch. Subs: Paul Osborne, Harrison Burden, Matt Skews.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to Roche. Many thanks to Gary Cornish and Ross Burnett.

Thanks Darin, fair report as Dan says. Our challenge was made more difficult by a couple of key late withdrawals and losing Josh before half time... otherwise we may have been able to provide a more attacking threat! All the best to Foxhole for rest of the season and thanks for supporting in the Social club after...we look forward to hosting St Newlyn East on Saturday.

Wadebridge 1 (O'Hara 30) Foxhole 4 (Peers 32, 74, Beresford 40, Bould 49)

Their initial lethargy, wayward finishing and Jeal's inspired goalkeeping display meant it was not until the second half that the Foxes could be confident of the points. The home youngsters throughout showed that they were in no mood to be rolled over, even going ahead on the half hour when O'Hara capItalised on Lee Rickard overplaying to unleash a screamer into the top corner. This at last woke the visitors from their trance-like state, and they immediately levelled when Rowe, by now operating as a target-man, released Peers to tuck the ball away right-footed. A quick break following a Wadebridge corner led to Rowe again providing an assist, the excellent Jeal having no answer to a clinical finish by Beresford who, soon after the restart, nicely played in Bould to make it 3-1. More chances went begging before smart interplay between Dingle and Bould allowed Peers to shoot low into the net from close-range.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Levi Kerrigan, Jake Couch, Aaron Beresford; Caleb Hawkin, Courtney Rowe, Carl Rickard. Subs: Aidan Dingle, Tim Peers, Benno Bould, Jay Manning, Lewis Stockley.

Wadebridge: Tom Jeal; Jacob Adrien, Sam Arnold, Callum Buse, Jago Durstan, Kenan Nicholas, Dan O'Hara, Tom Ortiz, Charlie Robinson, Aiden Summers, Finn Wickett. Subs: Kevin Allen, Adam Bennett, Ewen McArthur, Jake Pearce.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to Wadebridge. Many thanks to Ashley Morris and the home lino.

Foxhole 5 (Bould 3, 55, Rowe 8, 15, Hawkin 34) St Columb 0

Showing far more urgency and energy than at the weekend, Foxhole obliterated their opponents with a fantastic display. They never looked back once Bould had glanced in Hawkin's early corner despite the best effords of Gotthardt on the line, Rowe soon doubling the lead with a calm finish into an empty net after Bould had successfully challenged Hill to a high ball. Rowe then smashed a tremendous free-kick high into the goal before Hawkin's clever turn created the opportunity for him to fire in the fourth. St Columb were left largely chasing shadows as the ball was pinged around to great effect, their cause further hindered when Scott was dismissed for two yellows. The home team's dominance continued after the break, but some wayward shooting meant they were unable to add to a second from Bould, who provided the close-range finish to a thrilling move. An otherwise perfect night was somewhat tarnished by the late dismissal of the excellent Aidan Dingle, also for two bookings.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Levi Kerrigan, Aidan Dingle, Aaron Beresford; Caleb Hawkin, Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould. Subs: Dan Olver, Jay Manning, Jowan Dingle.

St Columb: Cody Hill; Dan Ball, Jamie Seery, Jadon Gotthardt, Oscar Bilkey, Reece Davies, Marco Ciarleglio, Callum Faulkner, Tom Howes, Dom Roberts, Jack Scott. Subs: Tom Ball, Rob Rowe.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to St Columb. Many thanks to Rodney Campbell and Andy Ball.

Newquay 0 Foxhole 5 (Rowe 17, Carl Rickard 22, 48, Manning 43, Beresford 66)

Foxhole comfortably maintained their hundred per cent record at Mount Wise. After spurning early chances, Rowe latched on to Coates' clearance to coolly net the opener before great skill by Bould set up Rickard to half volley into the corner. While Newquay battled gamely, it was always a question of how many, but the third did not arrive until just before the break when Manning lobbed home from twenty yards after the keeper found himself in No Man's Land. The second half followed a similar pattern, the young Peppermints defending valiantly with some determined blocks to keep the score down, so consequently the Foxes had to be content with just two more goals. Rickard smashed in a rebound after Rowe's left-footed drive had been saved before clever interplay between Dingle and Rowe created a simple tap-in for Beresford, with Newquay temporarily down to nine.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Jay Manning, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Charlie Prynn, Aidan Dingle, Aaron Beresford; Carl Rickard, Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould. Subs: Nathan Papaioannou, Lee Whetter.

Newquay: Alfie Brown, Cam Burt, Adam Casey, Jamie Cass, Will Hargreaves, Ben Holden, Lewis Hollings, Dan Morey-McKenna, Ben Piper, Steve Rodda, Harry Varcoe. Subs: Billy Burgess, Owen Capewell, James Lenton, Jackson Richards, Jacob Richards.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to Newquay. Many thanks to Rodney Campbell and the home lino.

Foxhole 2 (Rowe 17, 87) St Newlyn East 2 (Owen London 27, Parsonage 57)

Foxhole were left to rue their inability to convert their chances, and had to settle for a point after Rowe's late equaliser from an indirect free-kick inside the box. This was not due to an inspired goalkeeping display by the visiting keeper, as Prentice was not over-worked, his defence offering stout protection particularly once Parsonage's speculative effort from the touchline had flown into the top corner early in the second half. Rowe had given the Foxes the lead with a confident finish following a good move, but this was cancelled out when London nodded home a deep left wing centre.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Levi Kerrigan, Tim Peers, Aaron Beresford; Carl Rickard, Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould. Subs: Lewis Stockley, Jay Manning, Jowan Dingle, Caleb Hawkin.

St Newlyn East: Josh Dingle, Sam Eglinton, Ben Hawken, Harry Hay, Ross London, Owen London, Harry Mugford, Elliot Powell, Nathan Prentice, Martyn Probert, Jack Thompson. Subs: James Gosley, Sam Lawrence, Dan Parsonage, James Turpie, Adam Williams.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to Newlyn. Many thanks to Jo Harris and the Newlyn lino.

Foxhole 6 (Bould 13, Rowe 18, Hawkin 20, Beresford 51, 72, 81) St Teath 1 (Wilson 52)

A depleted St Teath were swept aside as the Foxes' front three all helped themselves to a goal before half time. Hawkin's fine run down the right led to Bould opening the scoring from close-range before Rowe fired home from Kerrigan's pass, Hawkin soon making it three with a lob following good work from Rickard. After the break, great skill from Beresford created the opportunity for him to shoot inside Thompson's near post, only for the visitors to respond immediately when Wilson slotted past Prynn in a rare breakaway. This did not spark an unlikely comeback as Foxhole continued to dominate, Beresford being rewarded for his constant runs into the box by completing his hat-trick, first by latching on to Peers' through ball and then by finishing off great play by Mitchell and Rowe.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Levi Kerrigan, Tim Peers, Aaron Beresford; Caleb Hawkin, Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould. Subs: Lewis Stockley, Jay Manning, Jake Couch.

Falmouth reserves 2 (Jack Davies pen 53, Ryan Martt 60) Foxhole 3 (Bould 29, 38, Beresford 84)

The fantastic Foxes booked their place in the next round of the Intermediate Cup after a hard-fought match at Bickland Park. The youthful home team were excellent, albeit without creating a host of clear cut opportunities, belying their lowly league position in St Piran West to skilfully knock the ball around to great effect. Consequently, the visitors had to dig deep, earning their victory with determination and endeavour, weathering an early storm to begin to play some decent stuff themselves. From one such move, Damerell broke down the left to deliver a great cross for Bould to loop a header over the keeper, before the striker doubled the lead with a composed finish following good work by Aidan Dingle.

Prynn had only been called into serious action twice in the first half, each time reacting well to smother drives that would otherwise have crept inside his near post, but he had no chance with Davies' spot-kick soon after the restart, awarded for a trip by Lee Rickard. The home tails were up, and the equaliser by Martt, tapping home a rebound, was coming. At that stage Falmouth appeared the more likely winners, but Foxhole held firm superbly despite tiring, and found a late winner when Beresford swivelled to find the corner of the net after Jowan Dingle's dangerous centre was only partially cleared.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Aidan Dingle, Jake Couch, Aaron Beresford; Jowan Dingle, Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould. Subs: Caleb Hawkin, Carl Rickard, Lewis Stockley.

Falmouth: George Evans, Max Everall, Oliver Henwood, Ethan Jorey, Ryan Martt, Connor McCarthy, Oliver Pickup, Zach Telling, Jasper Turner, Jude Warr, Byron Wood. Subs: Isaac Baldwin, Tashi Briar, Jack Davies, Ollie Moody, Dan Richardson.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to Falmouth. Many thanks to Tim Burley and the Falmouth lino.

St Minver 0 Foxhole 2 (Hawkin 41, Rowe 42)

A second impressive away cup victory in five days was secured thanks to two strikes just before the break. The visitors appeared the more threatening from the first whistle, home stopper Hurst excelling to twice deny Bould from close range and then to dive smartly to his right to field Rickard's firmly struck effort. However he was unable to prevent Hawkin's left-footed piledriver from looping into the net despite getting a firm hand on the initial shot, before being beaten again sixty seconds later when Rowe's volley flew inside his near-post following good work by Bould. St Minver's hopes of a fightback were hit when Kempthorne limped off, while the dangerous Caddy and Green were well shackled throughout by the resolute and disciplined Foxes' rearguard. Rickard struck the bar and Rowe and Peers each saw attempts fly narrowly wide as Foxhole remained comfortably in charge, although they narrowly averted the possibility of a grandstand finish when Kerrigan was penalised for an alleged foul, but Prynn easily gathered May's weak spot-kick on eighty-one minutes.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Aidan Dingle, Jake Couch, Lewis Stockley; Caleb Hawkin, Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould. Subs: Aaron Beresford, Tim Peers, Jowan Dingle, Levi Kerrigan.

St Minver 0 Foxhole 5 (Bould 7, 59, Peers 9, 73, Aidan Dingle 15)

Foxhole raced into a three goal lead and never looked like surrendering their advantage. Clever through balls from Beresford created identical goals for Bould and Peers, who each made no mistake when one-on-one with Hurst, before the younger Dingle hit a screamer from twenty-five yards. With nothing to lose, St Minver tried to retaliate and played some decent football but, rather like last week in the cup, did not possess the cutting edge or guile to break down a solid-looking defence. The visitors continued to create opportunities after the break, but had to settle for just two more. First Bould latched on to the outstanding Coates' clearance to coolly notch his second before the excellent Peers, undoubtedly enjoying his best game for the Foxes at outside-right and who linked up superbly with the rejuvenated Mitchell throughout, thundered home the fifth from an acute angle.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Aidan Dingle, Jake Couch, Aaron Beresford; Tim Peers, Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould. Subs: Jowan Dingle, Levi Kerrigan.

Foxhole 3 (Beresford 8, Rowe pen 44, Jowan Dingle 90) St Day 1 (Hart 71)

Magnificent Foxhole stunned their high-flying St Piran opponents with a scintillating display. The victory really should have been even more emphatic, as they somehow squandered four second-half one-on-ones, their finishing in stark contrast to their incisive approach play. Beresford opened the scoring, drilling a daisy-cutter low to the right of Parker-Billinge, prompting the visitors to briefly enjoy their best spell of the game. However, despite some dangerous looking crosses, May was never unduly threatened, his defence offering steadfast protection, while the Foxes always looked capable of adding to their tally. The second duly arrived on the stroke of half-time, albeit with a contentious penalty awarded for a trip on Rowe, who blasted home straight down the middle. Rowe's mishit effort then struck the woodwork before it appeared they would rue their profligacy when Hart headed in Sleeman's inviting centre, but it would have been extremely harsh on the dominant Foxes if a header from Williams, by now donning the gloves but up for a corner, had found the net instead of bouncing off a post into the grateful arms of May. At the death, Dingle burst clear to secure a famous win.

Foxhole (4-3-3): Stewart May; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Aidan Dingle, Jake Couch, Aaron Beresford; Tim Peers, Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould. Subs: Jowan Dingle, Levi Kerrigan, Carl Rickard, Oliver Deadman.

St Day: Steve Parker-Billinge, Rob Wearne, Ben Williams, Bryan Hawke, Chris Dobson, Jowan Kitchener, Justin Miles, Martin Sleeman, Luke Johnson, Gavin Boon, Luke Hart. Subs: Kyle Friendship, Ben Murphy, Matt Stephens.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to St Day. Many thanks to Alan Howells and the visiting lino.

Foxhole 11 (Kerrigan 3, Rowe 4, 40, Beresford 10, Bould 36, 76, 88, Carl Rickard 67, Peers 68, 77, 87) Newquay 1 (Wallis 46)

Foxhole never looked back from going two up within four minutes. Jowan Dingle's inviting corner was headed in by Kerrigan before, moments later, an unselfish lay off from Mitchell allowed Rowe to drive home. Beresford soon made it three, capitalising in fine style when Newquay failed to clear another centre from the elder Dingle. While remaining in charge, the Foxes did not add to their tally until nine minutes before the break when, after clever play from Peers and Beresford, centre-forward Bould notched the first of his hat-trick. There was still time for Rowe to drill a free-kick low beyond the beleaguered Peters, who would go on to distinguish himself in the second half with a string of fine saves.

The visitors' hopes of making the most of a stiffish breeze were boosted when slack defending presented Wallis with the opportunity to shoot across Prynn. However, the goal proved nothing but a footnote as Foxhole hit back with six more while squandering several other chances, not least when Rowe's penalty, awarded when he himself had been tripped, struck a post, Couch then unable to convert the rebound. It mattered little as the Peppermints rather fell apart, Carl Rickard joining the party with a carbon-copy of Rowe's dead-ball. Rickard then assisted the next two, the first a corner side-footed in by Peers, the second a low cross into the path of a grateful Bould. Following good play by the excellent Mitchell, Peers made it nine at the second attempt, with the over-worked Peters perhaps entitled to ask why he wasn't being afforded greater protection from his defence. With thirteen minutes still to play, the prospect of double figures was very real, the milestone eventually arriving with three minutes left when incisive passing between Bould and Damerell gifted Peers his third. The drubbing was completed when Peers' fine run was foiled by the keeper but Bould was on hand to blast high into the net.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Levi Kerrigan, Tim Peers, Aaron Beresford; Jowan Dingle, Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould. Subs: Carl Rickard, Aidan Dingle, Jake Couch.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to Newquay. Many thanks to stand-in ref Simon Bunt and the Newquay lino.

Foxhole 9 (Rowe 11, 18, Bould 20, 33, 71, Kerrigan 28, Peers 42, Damerell 44, Bayes og 74) St Blazey 0

Foxhole blitzed their opponents, changing ends already seven up. Bould showed good feet to fire in a drive which Turner parried into the path of Rowe to open the floodgates inside eleven minutes, the same player then soon nudging home Peers' centre at the near post before Kerrigan and Peers combined to release Bould to finish emphatically. Kerrigan found the top corner with the outside of his right-foot before a scramble following a corner presented a falling Bould the chance to bag the fifth. Mitchell set up Beresford, whose volley was brilliantly saved only for Peers to scoop home the rebound, before Rowe's corner was headed in by an unchallenged Damerell. St Blazey showed far more resilience in the second half, with Willcock and Carr in particular standing out, their team knocking the ball around well at times without quite ever threatening Hicks' clean sheet, so the Foxes had to be content with just two more. Jowan Dingle's low cross was pushed out to Bould who duly completed a second successive hat-trick, the unfortunate Bayes then beating his own keeper after Rowe's initial effort was fielded.

Foxhole (4-3-3): Shaun Hicks; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Levi Kerrigan, Aidan Dingle, Aaron Beresford; Tim Peers, Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould. Subs: Jake Couch, Jowan Dingle, Lee Whetter, Nathan Papaioannou, Oliver Deadman.

St Blazey: Elliott Turner, Harry Bayes, Tom Cox, Harry Hambly, Aidan Jeffreys, Aidan Taylor, Bailey Trethewey, Dan Carr, Harry Kirwan, Ross Willcock, Dean Dingle. Subs: Jack Ratcliffe, James Brown, Joe Hill, Jimmy Penhall.

St Blazey 4 (Penhall 7, McAvoy 44, Dingle 52, 67) Foxhole 6 (Rickard 20, Deadman 31, Coates 56, Cox og 78, Rowe 82, 88)

For all but the final few minutes the spirited Greens looked capable of exposing the visitors' paper-thin matchday squad to avenge last week's whitewash. Penhall put them ahead early on despite slipping at a crucial moment, but Deadman and Rowe combined well for Rickard to volley home the equaliser. After Beresford had struck the bar with a curling effort from twenty yards, and Manning had fired over when clean through, Deadman expertly controlled Damerell's long ball to lob Turner, but McAvoy levelled on the stroke of half-time from a direct free-kick.

The second half continued in similarly fraught fashion. Dingle capitalised on indifferent defending to make it 3-2, only for Coates, by now pushed into midfield to allow Rickard to partner Whetter at the back, to nudge home Beresford's cross. Dingle restored St Blazey's lead with a drive from the edge of the box during an uncomfortable spell coinciding with Damerell's needless banishment to the sin bin, but his re-appearance sparked a late onslaught. Turner's heroics defied the Foxes until Rowe's low centre was blasted into his own net by Cox with Bould lurking with intent, and from this point, there was only one winner, particularly when Carr too trudged off to the sin bin. The excellent Manning was unable to round off a fine performance with the goal he deserved, again unable to beat the keeper when one-on-one, but he did release Rowe to drill into the corner, the same player then tapping home the sixth after unselfish work from Bould and Coates, who, seconds later, struck an upright with a fierce shot.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Oliver Deadman, Nathan Papaioannou, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates; Lee Rickard, Jake Couch, Aaron Beresford; Jay Manning, Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould. Sub: Lee Whetter.

St Blazey: Liam Turner, Joe Hill, Tom Cox, Harry Hambly, Aidan Jeffreys, Frank McAvoy, Dan Carr, Ross Willcock, Sam Ward, Dean Dingle, Jimmy Penhall. Subs: Jack Ratcliffe, Harry Kirwan, Aidan Taylor.

Looe 0 Foxhole 5 (Couch 33, Bidgood 48, 59, Cheshire 72, 85)

Despite playing all but the first five minutes with ten men, Foxhole consolidated their position at the top of the table with an ultimately comfortable victory in the Barbican fog and mud. Like last week, however, they were slow out of the blocks, and early home pressure was rewarded when Beresford was adjudged to have handled on the goal-line. Sweeney was unable to successfully despatch the spot-kick, Prynn guessing correctly to his left, and Looe failed to maintain their good start even with a man advantage. Instead, the Foxes grew into the game down the slope, but a combination of wayward finishing and inspired goalkeeping from the excellent Cooke meant that it was anybody's game at the break. Couch did manage to find the net just past the half hour, nudging home Bidgood's corner, but the visiting faithful were fearful of an expected second-half onslaught.

They needn't have worried. Bidgood cleverly created space to fire inside Cooke's near post before latching on to Peers' fine ball to turn inside Faircloth and find the net from a narrow angle as the Foxes took charge. It was undoubtedly hard work, though, but Dingle led the way with an all-action display, his example spurring on his team-mates to snuff out any hint of a fight back by the dangerous Boxall or Kombostiotis. Cheshire marked his welcome return with the final two goals, brilliantly controlling Bould's assist to turn and plant his shot into the far corner before more trickery saw him drive low across the keeper. There was further good news when Reed-Bennett made a late cameo appearance, following three and a half years out with injury.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Jake Couch, Aaron Beresford, Aidan Dingle; Cameron Bidgood, Benno Bould, Tim Peers. Subs: Tyler Cheshire, Levi Kerrigan, Lee Reed-Bennett.

Looe: Ryan Cooke, Richard Faircloth, Matt Steed, Barry Stephenson, Jordan Puckey, Kieran Hemmings, Jack Woollet, Archie Sweeney, Philippos Kombostiotis, Teddy Haffenden, Aubrey Boxall.

Foxhole 2 (Cheshire 28, Bould 66) St Just 0

The Foxes reached the quarter=final of the Intermediate Cup thanks to a goal in each half against stubborn opposition who defended well and and worked hard to deny the home team any time on the ball. However, St Just were unable to ever really threaten Prynn's clean sheet; by contrast, the visiting keeper performed miracles to keep his side in it. Foxhole took a while to adjust to the difficult wind, but a positional swap between Rowe and Cheshire paid immediate dividends when last season's top scorer drilled inside the near post. With the elements behind them after the break, the home team were able to carve out more chances but had to be content just with Bould's volley through a ruck of players.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Jake Couch, Tim Peers, Aidan Dingle; Tyler Cheshire, Benno Bould, Courtney Rowe. Subs: Levi Kerrigan, Aidan James, Charlie Prynn.

St Just: Josh Attwood, Ashley Ellis, Ben George, George Harry, Nick Hichens, Luke Jenkin, Ryan Ladd, Caleb Marsden, Scott Meagor, Joe Sturgeon, Jack Willis. Sub: Josh Nicholls.

Praze 1 (Bernardo 58) Foxhole 10 (Bould 1, 21, 33, Timmons og 8, Peers 17, Rowe 39, 65, Beresford 62, James 72, Damerell 75)

The weakened Combination League leaders were steamrollered by the scintillating Foxes, who looked capable of scoring every time they crossed the halfway line. The first of Bould's hat-trick took a mere twenty seconds, the striker taking advantage of statuesque defending to latch on to Coates' huge clearance before drilling low past the keeper. Cheshire's centre was soon inadvertently deflected in by Timmons, and Peers made it three, shooting low into the corner. A quick break from a Praze corner led to Cheshire releasing Bould, whose excellent control created the opportunity to bag the fourth, albeit at the second attempt, the same player staking his claim to the match ball by converting from close range after Kerrigan had cleverly nodded Damerell's throw nicely into his path. Rowe made it six with a direct free-kick after he himself had been fouled to seal his team's passage into the last four of the Intermediate Cup with a full half remaining.

While their lack of numbers and questionable defending had been ruthlessly exposed, to be fair to the home side they knocked the ball around well at times, their efforts being rewarded when substitute Bernardo side-footed past Prynn early in the second period. However there was no sense among the strangely sparse home support that a miraculous recovery was in the offing, particularly as their keeper had just been withdrawn following an accidental collision with Bould. Instead, Foxhole continued to rip their opponents apart and the scoreline really could have been anything as numerous chances went begging. They had to be content with just the four further goals: Beresford drilled a free-kick past stand-in custodian Paull, who had been penalised for handling a backpass, Rowe found the net with a fierce drive after Bould's initial attempt had been parried, James opened his account after nutmegging a defender and driving inside the far post, and Damerell headed in Dingle's fine centre.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Tim Peers, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Aaron Beresford, Aidan Dingle, Levi Kerrigan; Tyler Cheshire, Benno Bould, Courtney Rowe. Subs: Jake Couch, Aidan James, Jowan Dingle.

Praze: Harrison Badcock, Luke Carroll, Elliott Carveth, Sam Charlton, Zak Freeman, Hayden Fuller, Tyson Greenaway, Kieran O'Connor, Jacob Paull, Ed Timmons, Steve Tremayne. Sub: Jose Calcango Faustino Bernardo.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to Praze. Many thanks to Neil Stephens and the home lino.

In their first league outing for 77 days, Foxhole overpowered their opponents who put in a decent effort despite the scoreline. Clever interplay between Bould and Rowe allowed the latter to blast into the corner from ten yards early on, before Rowe returned the favour minutes later when his cross-field pass was confidently despatched inside Julian's near post by Bould for the first of his trio. The home team reduced the arrears when Lowe slipped in Oldham to roll the ball past Prynn and, with Stone prominent in midfield and Davis and Jago looking lively down the sides, it was all to play for, although competent defending meant Prynn was not to be unduly troubled for the remainder of the match. Bould made it 3-1, heading in Damerell's deep cross at the far post, and the Foxes went on to turn the screw after the break. On the hour, Beresford found Kerrigan to squeeze home from a tight angle before a thunderbolt from Cheshire proved too hot to handle, Bould gratefully gobbling up the rebound from six yards. A diving Couch then spectacularly nodded in a fiercely struck free-kick by Rowe, who completed the rout by finishing Cheshire's low cross from close range.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Tim Peers, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Aaron Beresford, Aidan Dingle, Jake Couch; Cam Bidgood, Benno Bould, Courtney Rowe. Subs: Levi Kerrigan, Tyler Cheshire, Aidan James, Brodie Mitchell.

St Stephen (4-4-2): Andrew Julian; Jack Harvey, Saul Niles, Jack Mingo, Stuart Kesson-Smith; Brad Lowe, Joe Stone, Josh Davs, Connor Jago; Glyn James, Callum Oldham. Subs: Hayden Doherty, Tom Rowland.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to St Stephen. Many thanks to Dale England and Ian Trevenna.

St Columb 0 Foxhole 5 (Bould 34, 41, 75, 81, Lee Rickard 83)

St Columb were clearly up for the challenge, tearing into the Foxes from the start and had much the better of the early skirmishes. The visitors stood firm, though, the introduction of the combative Couch fifteen minutes in proving key, and, shortly after Rowe's header had struck the bar, Bould took advantage of Hill's indecisiveness in dealing with a backpass to sidefoot home from six yards. While the home team continued to thunder into tackles and to enjoy the greater possession, and with Allen a constant menace upfront with his pace and strength, nevertheless it was Foxhole who were to create the more clear cut opportunities, Bidgood firing wide when well-placed before teeing up Bould to add a second despite the presence of numerous red shirts.

Regardless of the deficit, the Saints remained well in the game until the final fifteen minutes, but a fantastic defensive display, epitomised by Coates, kept them at bay. Passionate local derbies between two sides aiming for the league title can often result in a card-fest but the referee did well both to maintain authority and not to be influenced by incessant and increasingly desperate, not to say laughable, claims for penalties by the locals, whose side's sole effort on target came from a well-fielded effort from Colquhoun, who had also nodded against the woodwork moments earlier. Bould completed his hat-trick with a picture header to convert Charlie Prynn's beautiful cross before grabbing a fourth after Kerrigan had burst down the right. The Rickard twins then combined to seal the victory, Carl's outswinging corner being volleyed into the net by the majestic Lee.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Tim Peers, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Aaron Beresford, Aidan Dingle, Levi Kerrigan; Cam Bidgood, Benno Bould, Courtney Rowe. Subs: Jake Couch, Aidan James, Charlie Prynn, Carl Rickard.

St Columb: Cody Hill, Reece Davies, Luke Dillon, Callum Faulkner, Jadon Gotthardt, Callum Gadney, Tom Howes, Lee Budge, Marco Ciarleglio,, Craig Allen, Dom Roberts.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to St Columb. Many thanks to Bob Steggles and Andy Ball.

Foxhole 2 (Bould 31, Rickard 41) St Minver 1 (May 89)

The Foxes maintained their unbeaten run with a hard-fought victory over visitors who deserved their last-gasp consolation by May, who coolly converted Rob Green’s trickery down the left from ten yards. Although St Minver had a few other opportunities, in truth the game should have been settled before the break as the home teams squandered several golden chances before Rowe’s deep free-kick was headed home by Bould just after the half hour. Rickard soon doubled the lead with his second far-post volley in as many matches, this time from Bidgood’s temping centre. St Minver came more into the game after changing ends and Beesley forced Prynn into a smart save to his right, but Hurst was always the busier custodian, keeping his side in the game with some fine fielding, and twice being grateful to his defence for clearing from his line.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Tim Peers, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Aaron Beresford, Jake Couch, Levi Kerrigan; Cam Bidgood, Benno Bould, Courtney Rowe. Subs: Tyler Cheshire, Aidan James, Charlie Prynn.

St Minver: Ben Hurst, Sam Cleave, Elliot Dunnett, Toby Eddison, Steve Wootton, Ed Green, Rob Green, James Heywood, Jon May, Josh Caddy, Mike Kempthorne, Sub: Ben Beesley

Well play the super Foxes. Good luck to St Minver. Many thanks to Leigh Michael.

Foxhole 5 (Bidgood 21, 61, Damerell 47, Mitchell 70, Beresford 89) North Petherwin 2 (Farrer 18, Sanders 50)

For the first hour this was anybody’s game only for the Foxes to finish far stronger. Farrer’s early half-volley from 12 yards flew past Prynn, whose long kick three minutes later was headed on by Bould for Bidgood to lob the leveller. While chances for the remainder of the half were at a premium, the quality shown by both sides was self-evident. The second-half began explosively with Damerell’s left-footed screamer from twenty yards, but the dangerous Sanders soon equalised after showing deft skill. His subsequent withdrawal was puzzling given the impact he had made, the Foxes soon retaking the lead when, soon after the visiting keeper had brilliantly denied Damerell’s header, Rickard’s effort was touched home by Bidgood. Peers was enjoying himself down the right, and from one of his centres, Mitchell swept the ball into the corner. It was only at this stage that the Goverseth faithful could feel confident, Beresford securing the points at the death when he capitalised on some dallying to fire in off a post.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Tim Peers, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Aaron Beresford, Jake Couch, Aidan Dingle; Cam Bidgood, Benno Bould, Courtney Rowe. Subs: Jowan Dingle, Levi Kerrigan, Aidan James, Charlie Prynn.

North Petherwin: Jake Cartwright, Tom Coles, Reece Goodman, Richard Gyamfi, Lewis Haxell, Joe Reeve, Matt Stainer, Nathan Farrer, Josh Sanders, Ben Sharpe, Brandon Stott. Subs: Kevin Hatch, Owen Pennington, Dragos Placinta.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to North Petherwin. Many thanks to Andrew Barnett and the visiting lino.

St Teath 0 Foxhole 6 (Bidgood 3, 32, 37, 69, Bould 62, Carl Rickard 79)

While never at their best, Foxhole maintained their unbeaten record with a comfortable victory on the road. Brilliant control by Beresford from Damerell’s centre allowed Bidfood to drive home early on to set the tone. Wren ought to have equalised when clean through only to spurn his opportunity, and Prynn was not to be seriously tested again. Beresford soon provided another assist for Bidgood, who swivelled cleverly to double the lead, the striker completing his hat-trick with a good finish following a pass by Damerell, whose fierce free-kick after the break proved too hot to handle, Bould gleefully bundling in from a yard. Jowan Dingle’s cross was nodded in by Bidgood for 5-0, before Rowe, who had earlier struck the bar, swung in a corner which was met by Carl Rickard’s free header.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Levi Kerrigan, Aaron Beresford, Charlie Prynn; Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould, Cameron Bidgood. Subs: Carl Rickard, Jake Couch, Aidan Dingle, Jowan Dingle.

St Stephen 1 (Oldham pen 57) Foxhole 6 (Bidgood 8, 65, Peers 12, Couch 44, Beresford 47, Rowe 58)

A comfortable victory sealed the Foxes' Easter Sunday spot. Bidgood's inswinging corner early on eluded everybody to sneak into the net at the far post before Peers' first time effort from twenty yards crept past an unsighted Julian. The home team rarely looked capable of staging a recovery, but held out relatively easily until the final moments of the half when Rowe's free-kick from out on the left touchline was met by Couch's close range header.

The second half followed a similar pattern of visiting dominance, but the Saints' determined display meant Foxhole had to work hard for their further three goals. Clever feet from Rickard created the opening for him to fire against a post, the rebound falling kindly for Beresford to tap home from a yard before, with the Foxes sleeping, a quickly taken free-kick saw Oldham upended in the box by Coates. Oldham's confident penalty, though, was swiftly answered by Foxhole's fifth when Peers found Rowe to turn inside Truscott and fire inside the near post. The best move of the match saw Kerrigan releasing Bould, whose low cross was turned in by Bidgood. The remaining twenty-six minutes saw several chances to ram home the advantage being spurned which, in any case, would have been harsh on a St Stephen outfit who had battled gamely throughout.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Tim Peers, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Jake Couch, Aaron Beresford, Aidan Dingle; Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould, Cameron Bidgood. Subs: Levi Kerrigan, Charlie Prynn, Jowan Dingle.

St Stephen (4-3-3): Andrew Julian; Sam Truscott, Hayden Doherty, Saul Niles, Kieran Ralph; Stuart Kesson-Smith, Brad Lowe, Tom Rowland; Connor Jago, Callum Oldham, Josh Davis. Subs: Orlando Bray, Jack Harvey.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to St Stephen. Many thanks to Leigh Michael and Ian Trevenna.

Foxhole 3 (Peers 30, Damerell 55, Bidgood 90) Liskeard 1 (Podmore pen 44)

Squandered opportunities early on almost proved costly as a fine Liskeard outfit pushed the profligate Foxes all the way before succumbing to the last kick of the match. The visiting goal had led a charmed life as some fine approach play was not met with the required ruthlessness until great skill from Bidgood allowed Peers to fire high into the net from twelve yards on the half hour. This setback only galvanised the Blues who, led by the threatening Gwillam, looked capable of at least a share of the points, and they were eventually rewarded on the stroke of half time when Prynn was adjudged to have impeded an attacker for Podmore to smash his penalty down the middle.

The close half was a tight affair without, it must be said, either keeper being especially busy. Bould's absence caused Rowe's role to become that of a target man, but adept defending meant Foxhole were unable to provide him with the passes to feet on which he thrives. However his dangerous corner was guided home by Damerell from inside the six yard box to restore the lead, which remained decidedly tenuous until the death. Pushing hard for an equaliser, Liskeard went to four strikers but declined the chance to float a late free-kick into the danger zone, leaving a grateful Beresford to release Bidgood to run from inside his own half with only Rowe for company.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Tim Peers, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Jake Couch, Aaron Beresford, Aidan Dingle; Courtney Rowe, Cameron Bidgood, Jowan Dingle. Subs: Levi Kerrigan, Charlie Prynn, Lee Reed-Bennett.

Liskeard: Ryan Chapman, William Gilbert, Ethan Gwillam, Tom Harris, Dan Hinks, Jabby Libby, Jack Podmore, Liam Raglan, Aaron Saunders, KyleTamblyn, Anthony Powell. Subs: Jacob Eldridge, Joel Mitchell.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to Liskeard. Many thanks to Ashley Morris.

St Blazey 0 Foxhole 0 (At Foxhole)

Early home squandered chances and a missed penalty midway through the second half proved decisive as youthful St Blazey deservedly held an out-of-sorts Foxhole with a brave defensive display. Other than helplessly watching a Charlie Prynn cross cum shot land on the top of his bar, Hill was relatively untroubled following a busy spell at the start until he dived to his right to thwart Bould from the spot after he had clattered into Cheshire.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Luke Damerell, Charlie Prynn, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Jake Couch, Aaron Beresford, Aidan Dingle; Courtney Rowe, Cameron Bidgood, Benno Bould. Subs: Lee Reed-Bennett, Tyler Cheshire, Andrew Butler.

St Blazey: Harry Bayes, Ashton Cantell, Dan Carr, Harley Deards, Zephan Grigg, Liam Hill, Aidan Jeffreys, Jack Ratcliffe, Harrison Russon, Aidan Taylor, Bailey Trethewey. Subs: Harry Kirwan, Preston Paul Russon.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to St Blazey. Many thanks to Paul Cackett and the visiting lino.

Torpoint 2 (Hussey pen 14, Payn 31) Foxhole 1 (Rowe 70) At St Blazey

Foxhole extended their losing sequence in finals to four after falling short in their quest to recover from gifting their youthful opponents a two goal lead. Their cause was hindered first by the conceding of yet another needless penalty, the third such avoidable incident in the last four matches, when Easterbrook was tripped, and then an errant backpass by Coates. The coolness shown, both by Hussey from the spot and by Payn to roll into an empty net after skipping past Prynn was not, alas, matched by those in white, other than when Rowe capitalised on a loose ball to slot home with twenty minutes left. While the Foxes were unlucky to see Bould's header moments earlier mysteriously ruled out, and the same player's close range effort in the first half strike the inside of a post, in truth there were precious few other clear cut opportunities to unduly concern Jackson, two clearances off the line testament to Torpoint's disciplined defensive approach to some concerted Foxes' pressure.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Brodie Mitchell, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Jake Couch, Aaron Beresford, Aidan Dingle; Courtney Rowe, Benno Bould, Tim Peers. Subs: Levi Kerrigan, Tyler Cheshire, Jowan Dingle. Unused: Carl Rickard, Charlie Prynn.

Torpoint: Harry Jackson, Aidan Bark, Jay Hussey, Sam White, Dom Murray, Zak Pearce, Ryan Warren, Charlie Brown, Josh Payn, Byron Robbins, Ryan Easterbrook. Subs: Chris Bartolini, Myles Rio-Driver, Aidan Northcott, Will Burns, Ed Clarke.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to Torpoint. Many thanks to Alan Howells, Jo Harris, Simon Mann and Allen Johns.

Foxhole 3 (Bidgood 43, Rowe 72, 73) Torpoint 0

Foxhole avenged the cup final defeat with a convincing victory in the Goverseth sun. In an altogether more disciplined and composed display, Prynn was barely tested as the home team remained in control for virtually the whole match, but typically sturdy defending ensured they were made to wait until the last throes of the first half to beat Jackson, who parried Bidgood's initial low drive only to have no chance with the rebound from very close range. Torpoint may have sensed the possibility of a recovery when Rickard limped off, prompting Reed-Bennett to fill in improbably at left-back following the reshuffle, but the Foxes remained both defiant and dominant, and were able to call upon the late-arriving Bould to add a more physical threat up front. His presence soon created more space for Rowe, who responded with two quickfire goals. First, he latched on to Coates' long ball to calmly turn inside White and stroke home, before despatching Bould's low centre across the keeper.

Foxhole (4-3-3): James Prynn; Tim Peers, Luke Damerell, Angel Coates, Lee Rickard; Levi Kerrigan, Aaron Beresford, Aidan Dingle; Courtney Rowe, Jowan Dingle, Cam Bidgood. Subs: Jake Couch, Lee Reed-Bennett, Benno Bould.

Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to Torpoint. Many thanks to Dale England and the various visiting linos.
