Great crowd at The Mill enjoyed a scrappy but gritty cup tie. Torpoint got off to a flyer with and a great cross and Ryan Richard's scoring easily. A real wake up call for Millbrook with a few minutes gone on the clock.

Millbrook took time to settle with Torpoint having most of the possession but no real threat up front. Second half was a different story for Millbrook. They seemed to step up a gear and kept Torpoint busy in thier own half and the constant attack paid dividends with a superb goal by Tyler Love Holmes earnt Millbrook a replay at Jenkins Park on Tuesday night.

Well done to Torpoint on thier deserved win at Jenkins Park and progression in the FA Cup.  Millbrook are maybe trying to rotate players or integrate new players but this game showed they needed thier strongest players and those who can play at western league level to compete and it was severely lacking in the first half.

Disappointed to see Millbrook reverting to hoofing a long ball up the pitch and hoping someone will latch on to it? Some of the younger squad need to be more assertive and it will be interesting to see how the team formation will be when Macca Brown returns. Hopefully better passing and quality of football will return.
