A testing time for Bolitho Park and the groundsman with a rainy next three days.

Which club has the best advantage ?

Parkway with first use of Bolitho and Argyle playing at Home  or Truro with a cut up pitch but no counter football attractions.

Depends if you want to play the ball on the ground or in the air. P will have the choice, T maybe not.

Weather looks fine Saturday. Parkway will have a decent crowd as they not played at home for ages. I be surprised if it’s off.
Truro will have the usual 150 doesn’t  seem to be any interest in them at all.

Don't know the ins and outs regarding how the admission prices are set (and if there are rules set by the FA as it is their competition) but wonder if special offers were considered to get any Parkway supporters at a loose end into the ground on Sunday? Buy a ticket for Saturday and get Sunday half price for example.

Heard from those at game that it was a competitive cup match. Grinding out a win in a tough game against higher league opposition and keeping a clean sheet, will do Parkway no harm. Disappointing gate, shows how much of a benefit it is not having Argyle at home on the same day (heard it was a sell out at Home Park).

I was thinking if there is difference in admission prices for Parkway and Truro---I see Truro were charging £10 (£5 concessions) but it is all now immaterial with the Sunday game not unexpectedly rained off.
