But that means the West starts with 44 (24/2+20=32) and the East starts with 40 (16/2+24=32). Neither right nor fair in my book unless there have been multiple withdrawals since entries were made or perhaps history dictates placement? Its not right nor fair that 2 separate leagues in different halves of the county don't have the same number of teams in their leagues? I'm a little confused as to where or what the injustice is? My point is, you have a cup competition started with uneven sections which in my book marginally penalises the West. Minor point but I would reassign 2 (eastern) West teams to the East and go from there. If you don’t get it, ok you don’t get it. scotty2009
They used to move teams around to even up the numbers. Previously Tregony (when east), st newlyn east, Holywell-Cubert, Grampound and Gerrans have moved across to balance the books! it cant be an equal league set up (Trelawny west and Duchy east) as some east teams play in the Devon league (Kilkhampton and Morwenstow in North Devon league and Castle Loyale in Plymouth league). Previously Phoenix Rising came from Kingsley league, and there were others historically playing in devon (Kelly bray, Antony, slouth petherwin and north petherwin and bude res at somepoint also) baldy

Xavier1
Lostwithiel 4 gsm 1 very wet afternoon at the KGV rain poured all afternoon long lostwithiel didn’t play fantastic football but in the cup all you have to do is win and progress to the next round. goals from Nathan Cummings Liam Rooney Ryan searl and Tom mileham ensured our progression to the next round. Good strike on the half billy from gsm got them a goal back in although billy might have been disappointed not to that kept it out. Looking forward to the draw and see who we get in the next round

Chris Davey
St Erme 1 Probus 3 (Luke G.ay, Joe Emmett, Josh Daniel) We progressed into the next round draw after a fairly comfortable win, in which we were disappointed that we didn’t score more. We started well without really making the home keeper work, but we took the lead when Luke G.ay got the ball in midfield and hit a 35 yard shot into the bottom corner with the keeper stationary. It stayed that way until halftime, but we did have a goal by Jamie Bilkie disallowed for offside just before the break. We were frustrated that we hadn’t taken more of our first half chances. We had a good early second half chance to add to our lead when the ball was laid back to the edge of the box but Tom Orpe blasted over. We did increase our lead when Ben Daniel put in a good cross and Joe Emmett headed home. St Erme continued to compete well and had a few chances but they didn’t take them. Our final goal was scored by Josh Daniel with a left footed lob. We had other chances, including hitting the post and bar, but we couldn’t convert them. St Erme got their goal when Tom Rhodes was penalised for a foul and the referee pointed to the spot. Craig Sanders made no mistake with his kick, sending Sam Jones the wrong way. It was great to have Sam back in goal after a long term hip injury and his handling and kicking throughout was excellent. It was a good performance from us today, but we could and should have scored more and it was a shame to concede so close to full time. Thank you to the referee Duncan Stevenson and to St Erme for their hospitality - good luck to them for the rest of the season. Lanner at home for us next week. Badgers
Castle loyale 3-2 delabole southgate 8-1 st merryn I went to take in north petherwin vs Holywell and cubert and a it was an interesting game where the game was 0-0 at half time with petherwin missing a penalty and hitting the post twice and h&c missing some good chances just in the first half. in the second half H&C seemed to start brightly but as soon as petherwin scored the wind went out of there sails and with petherwins confidence growing by the second they brushed past H&C with ease through some good team goals, a couple penalties and a couple lucky ones. final score 9-0. On 19/09/2021 at 21:12, bighairydave said: Looks like something there now. There are significant problems with the County version of Full-Time (slightly different to the version that the leagues use which, despite what some may say, is working fine if its set up correctly) and the software that runs all County FA websites. The FA IT department are promising a fix as soon as they can. 1 hour ago, fudge said: anyone know when the 2nd round draw is? 1 hour ago, zebedee said: Phone Ccfa Fudge ! Soon and please don't! The pile up of snags on the various systems means that things are taking longer to get done and the last thing the staff need is to be constantly interupted by phone calls about the draw. baldy
