Definitely not level 🙈

Probably find it’s flatter than most and from what I gather didn’t even have a second glance for ground grading purposes! 👍

Yep, always like that in my day too Al but usually a nice pitch/surface to referee on especially with the Ewing bros for additional entertainment!😁

There was a 31st Dec deadline for promotion. There was no deadline for upward movement.

Do st cleer have the players to compete in st piran league ?

Or will they pull out at the last minute  like the covid cup?

also the same situation at st Stephen

AGM approaching - who’s looking to progress from the ECPL? St Dominick up for it as well - how do you see their prospects?

Plenty of clubs investing in their pitches and facilities, not just St cleer. A great amount of effort being put in by so many people and I take my hat off to them

Absolutely, hats off to all club volunteers who put time, effort and money into a club for the benefit of players. Just a shame you get people hiding behind an alias putting those people/ clubs down.

Other than mount gold there’s only been one team looking like getting promoted from east Cornwall league last 2 years that the season has been null & void  maybe that is down to player availability or maybe just better quality in the squads

Not quite correct.  Last season Foxhole, St Dominick, St Minver, St Stephen and Veryan all applied for promotion and if we'd had a normal season with promotion/relegation two of those would already be in the St Piran league.

So where do Mount Gould go from here? Definitely too good for the ECPL!

Dropped a few points with draws against sides they should have beaten though! Perhaps they are doubting their ability!

Not as far as I'm aware Dave.  I had an e-mail from them yesterday about AGM bits and not even a hint of not proceeding.  They've also done a fair amount of work to get their facilities up to the FA's requirements.

That’s good to hear Steve. Be good to see the likes of Kieran Ryall step up.

Just goes to show everyone is keen to trash each other as it gets closer to the AGM and when the choice is to be decided 😀😀

I would like to say best wishes to the 3 teams aiming for promotion, I would assume St Dom will be in pole position given their placing in the league over the 2 seasons and rightly so but good luck to all.💙

It’s crazy. Going through these times and people still want to judge others and run down the hard work people have been able to do. It’s what has kept people like yourself going through these times having something to focus on and look at and be happy. Good luck for the new season.
