Scoring with ease against Us (New inn) They did what we couldn’t do and that was the basics on a heavy pitch, let the ball do the work, hold it up. Play to feet. Something which the youngsters in Our squad have got a lot to learn. Makes us old buggers jobs, who gave experience a little easier. Saying that score line, I think doesn’t reflect the game. As Richard Williams in goal for TMS was tested a few times. Nice to get a game out in this weather. And nice to see some old faces I haven’t seen for a while. Lovely bloke up top for Holmans called Sammy scored. Ross Williams will try and claim a hat trick after bossing the match but he only scored twice. Own goal from our keeper after a below average free kick unfortunately hit the bar and then our keeper then went in. 😉 Holmans thoroughly deserved the win. No arguments our end. Good bunch of lads.
