Nice to meet up with lots of friends involved at the club. Our younger players keep learning and getting stronger. Well done and good luck for the season. Mousehole took their early chances and stood firm until the last 10 when we were awarded a penalty., but unfortunately couldn’t find the equaliser Little comment for Liam Mankee in the middle today. Let the game flow well and kept control with a calm and sensible head when the game started to flare up in the last few minutes. Roger Moore Posted October 18, 2020 Report Share Posted October 18, 2020 Mullion 2 st Ives 1... there seems to be a distinct lack of match reports nowadays, I never thought I would say this but I miss 'pitty'....😜St Ives travelled to mullion without 4 or 5 regulars besides the players that 'moved up' in the summer and after 20 minutes of the game with mullion 2-0 up it looked like being a long day but eventually we got our game together and started playing. St Ives pulled one back before half time and the large crowd started to look a bit worried. The second half was a good game of football with both teams trying to play but it turned into a midfield battle with neither keeper having that much to do..mullion look a good side and I can see them being there at the end...st Ives won 2-1 on yellow cards and mr hoon had a good game in the middle although I still cannot understand him half the time..😀 Pity could not use the clubhouse for a drink afterwards but it was full already....we live in different times and st day will need to bring a pack up next week at our place as 'our pub' is limited on numbers cannot do food nowadays either...good luck to mullion for the season...
