The remainder of the 1st have saw lots of endeavour but no end result. The 2nd half continued in a similar fashion but as it went on Yate got stronger and it took a goal line clearance from Ed Palmer and a good save from keeper Hamon to keep City ahead. About 7minutes from full time an assist from Dan Rooney saw a fine volley from the edge of the box by Alex Battle go flying into the net to seal the important 3 points. MOM - Ed Palmer.
