Eisern Union
Off to watch Buckland Athletic v Bitton tonight. It's a great opportunity for the Bucks to progress with the distance Bitton have to travel and the fact they will have one eye on the FA Vase Semi-Final against Consett coming up. Bruegel the Elder
A brave prediction, Bickland should be very afraid. As they say; once Bitten, twice shy! P.S. didn’t Consett beat Parkway in the battle of the favourites back when football was a spectator sport?

Bitton are a good side and made for an entertaining game which either side could have won. However, it was a controversial refereeing decision that took the game to penalties after a perfectly good Bucks goal was disallowed for a foul on the keeper. The keeper came running off his line and collided with the Bucks striker and hit the floor. In the build up, there was a handball by a Bitton player and when he blew we thought it was for a penalty as the ball crossed the line.
Westcountry boy
Tavistock 2 Bradford Town 0 Good old fashioned cup tie. A hardy 192 turned up and braved horrible weather but were treated in my opinion to a decent game. It was always going to be a tight affair. Both teams had chances in the first half, which I felt Tavi shaded. They went in deservedly leading at half time through a Josh Grant strike. Second half Tavi struggled to get going and had to repel wave upon wave of Bradford attacks. They managed that well but were helped when a Bradford player well placed passed it back into the greatful hand of Josh Oak. A second goal came as a relief scored by Jack Crago before a Bradford player received a second yellow. Game over.. Good start to the season for Tavi..
