twoleftfeet
This was taken from the Evening Herald. SOUTH WEST COUNTIES CHAMPIONSHIP Royal Navy...3 Cornwall...3 CORNWALL threw away the chance to move into pole position in the South West Counties Championship after throwing away a three-goal lead in last night's match at Priory Park, Bodmin. Cornwall will now have to beat Devon in their final game to overhaul the Navy who have finished their programme with five points from their three games. Cornwall took a 26th minute lead when Matt Cusack fired home after Danny O'Hagan had charged down an attempted clearance. Steve Ovens slammed home number two nine minutes later before he added another to put Cornwall 3-0 up after 69 minutes. However the Navy hit back two minutes later with a Tom Ardley header and when the same player scored again 10 minutes from time, all was to play for. Danny Kerr was the man who broke Cornish hearts with a rasping 20-yard drive six minutes from full-time.
