Only another 7 weeks to wait for League matches to resume then ?

With the current government restrictions on gatherings over 30, spectators would not be allowed. The FA are requesting an earlier relaxation of that regulation than 1st October announced by Boris this week. It is unrealistic to expect Clubs to play up to 6 fixtures during September with no income.

We just have to pray that cases of the virus don't start to increase again - in this country or worldwide.

No spectators in the ground, but I don't suppose you can stop them looking over the wall from the cow field next door.

Increasing exponentially in USA, India, Brazil and Mexico, Keith. Have a look at the Johns Hopkins website.

That's sad to know Rodney. Massive populations in those countries of course and very dense in some areas. Will look on that site.

Indeed, Keith. Especially dense in Republican Florida where Trump still had support. Injecting disinfectant and quoting the Prince of Whales, probably.

My sister in law lives in Richmond, Virginia. She says that an out of control epidemic, combined with a chaotic and crazed President, mixed in with ongoing civil unrest, makes the USA feel like it is spiralling towards disaster.
