Have thought for a long time that mergers between local teams would be logical (Newquay and Godolphin in the same town does not seem sustainable), but football is not a logical thing. The problems faced by Godolphin are very sad considering where they have come from and the work that has gone into this, can remember Parkway having very tough Peninsula League matches against talented and committed sides with a very vocal support.
