Mandy K Aggiemaid Posted February 6, 2008 Report Share Posted February 6, 2008 If you haven't already logged on to the CCFA website to complete the online questionnaire here's how to do so....log on to www.cornwallfa.com and select the page marked Governance - you will find details of the FA meetings as described on the other post on this discussion forum and on the right hand side is a link to FA Questionnaire - it gives you options to rate our CCFA - and you can enter a competition - and its free - you do need to register for a FAN number but it tells you how to do that if you didn't already have one. Its a decent questionairre but if your going to do it be serious and honest otherwise you'l be doing the CCFA no favours. Go for it, and hopefully it'l improve all of our games!
