I did look at that and thought the same, but as it’s not updated the next round fixture I assumed it would require a draw. Decent draw if it is that though.

I have no idea where you've found that on the Full-Time site as the draw hasn't yet been made and I certainly can't find those fixtures anywhere.  Everything I look at is as i would expect i.e. blank.  We don't use the Full-Time 'auto draw' function and the draw will be made in the next week or so.  The games are planned for 8th Feb.

If what you're looking at is the flow chart for the cup you'll see that there are lines linking the first round winners to the second round ties but there are no lines from the second round games to the quarter finals.  Once the draw has been made the system will generate the lines linking the second round winners to the quarter final fixtures.
