I'm certainly & never have affiliated with mousehole, in fact, I only support local football as a whole. But when I see blatant fact being twisted, I will speak up. I don't see this 'seagulls being despised' other than the ones down St Ives, maybe this is where you are getting confused? The recent appointment of Jake Ash has been seen with huge compliments for him & mousehole, so again, seems like a club on the up & up. Helston another team on the up & up but again they get bashed for doing so. Seems to me, people just don't like to see anyone doing well & with statements like above, they will try to twist & make others like bad, when they should sort themselves out, maybe even try copy the model.. 100%cornish
Kevin Lawrence would be a asset to any team he destroyed the G almost on his own last week and scored a brilliant goal ,i would say hes 1 of the best players i have seen at Godolphin Way play very good
winston
Also hearing some penzance players dropping back down to their level. Keeper going to play outfield at an old club and others off to st piran teams
potch
Pz have a winnable game on Saturday against st Dennis, they win that game there mid table. Couple of bad results granted, but at same time could be mid table after Saturday’s game. It’s not all doom and gloom.

I don't knowingly state mistruths but also do not profess that I am any longer aware of everything which happens at Pz AFC. It's good to know that there are others who still hold the Club in high esteem. Totally agree No wonder our players are leaving. Just read your article again John, summed it up below Can't get sponsorship because of cornish pirates Can't get volunteers because players change clubs all the time Can't run clubs properly because players have too much control Club can't get a groundsman so i have to do it Can't get large committees these days, coz of players Can't get promoted because to far away Can't have womens team coz Mousehole pinched them. Can't get promoted because ground gradings too high I agree with We To You see everyone else as the problem! NTforever

Can't get promoted because ground gradings too high I agree with We To You see everyone else as the problem! Yep, that just about sums it up! Glad you understand some of the difficulties being faced at present - although you're not 100% right about the promotion bit; it's the distance to travel which is the major problem - but I can't think of anyone to blame for that! leedsunited
Just blame the player's & management ? They should shoulder the blame for results ... Like at any club

Can't get promoted because ground gradings too high I agree with We To You see everyone else as the problem! That word can't used by so many so often. Perhaps we can learn from the poem below written by Walter Wintle over 100 years ago entitled THINKING, or perhaps we can't . THINKING If you think you are beaten you are If you think you dare not, you don't If you'd like to win but you think you can,t It's almost a cinch that you won't. If you think you'll lose, you're lost For out in the world we find Success begins with a fellow's will It's all in hIs state of mind If you think you are outclassed, you are You've got to think high to rise You've got to be sure of yourself before You ever can win the prize Lifes battles don't always go To the stronger or faster man But sooner or later the man who winsIS THE MAN WHO THINKS HE CAN !! We're indebted to a friend of ours for forwarding the above to us,which in our humble opinion sums up life, and everything we believe about the word CAN'T kevin richards, NTforever and FootieMan
