A positive day for ladies football in Cornwall with 12 teams taking despite several withdrawing through lack of available players. A massive thank you to our 3 referees Paul Minns, Ken Keemer and Ray Emmans who freely gave up their Sunday to support the event and all gave a superb performance! Well done and thank you to all the teams who attended, some great football played with good spirit and attitude! Congratulations to Plympton Ladies winning the event for the 2nd year running and Callington Ladies runner up. Half the proceeds from the event will be donated to Cancer Research UK. St Agnes AFC Ladies are back in training on Wednesday 6.45-8pm at Chiverton Park all players new and existing welcome to join in.
