Whistle Blower Posted May 28, 2019 Report Posted May 28, 2019 This might sound an odd question but in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, was there a main colour of the CSC Final programmes? My friend has many duplicates and some are pink, yellow, green, purple and he just wondered if there was a main colour so he can sell the rest. He has a pink one and a yellow one for the same final and wants to know which one to keep.

Not really, if my memory serves me correctly it just happened to be whatever coloured A4 paper was available, if one colour ran out then another colour was used. A small independent stationary firm was used in the 1980's onwards and i have no reason to doubt that they were used before that. Mike Odgers 1
cornishteddyboy Posted May 28, 2019 Report Posted May 28, 2019 Mike Odgers will back me up but yes they were multi-coloured. Orangy yellow was a popular colour.
Mike Odgers Posted May 29, 2019 Report Posted May 29, 2019 Yes Paul-I have Cornwall Senior Cup (SemiFinal & Final)) programmes from 1948 and although they were of the same design they were in many pale coloured prints. You could have three different coloours for the one Final
