Jimbo
What a great result for the young Pilgrims a 2 - 1 away win against Portsmouth in the 4th round? of the F A Youth Cup.. Mike Pejic and Gordon Bennett are doing a great job with the youngsters.
Guest postman pat
eclp this result should shut up some of the synics on this forum about the mighty greens ambitions.to beat an academy side from the premiership shows the solid foundations that argyle are laying come on you greens
Guest
I couldn't agree with you more postman pat. It's an incredibly difficult job to progess as a youth player At least Holloword did something right in bringing in Pejic etc. And they did it without young Gosling. Guest Sport Lover
Cynics? no not us QPR fans. No good having a good youth team only to sell them when they become good enough.

Guest postman pat
argyle withdrew from the swl because holloword thought that the gap was to big from the championship for his young players.also they needed to be playing players of their own age more often.thats why they now play academy sides more often. :c:

Guest Sport Lover
Which bit is tosh? Plymouth keep selling their players? They will never make the Premiership? Plymouth dont have much ambition? Qpr will get to the Premiership before Argyle do? :-)
Lee hazeldine
Good to see more qpr fans on here. Come on you RS my cornwall u14 played Argyle u14s last night and we got a football lesson. Usually we match them, but they were awesome last night, some players as young as 11 playning total football. good to see some players from truro and Cornwall putting in superb performances for plymouth. Credit must go to gordan and Mike as i have never seen better , purer football played from any team let alone u14s.
