Great to see the normal players getting rested for 1st team players, suppose they must have needed minutes for important fixtures coming up. No players rested, a 6:30pm kick off in Launceston meant a lot of our players could not make the game. We had bare 11 until the game kicked off (2 of named squad didn’t even make it giving us 14 in total), however we did have 16 year old winger who started, scored and played superbly. Its fantastic for us that players throughout our club are happy to travel after work in order to represent the club. Many thanks to Launceston, superb hospitality accompanied by good facilities.
