Sorry  to hear of the passing of St Buryan Reserves  manager Dale Gartside. A man who  put a lot into football  in West Cornwall.  My condolences  go to his family.

Too many have been taken from us recently.

Sorry to hear this tragic news.

Always had a laugh with Dale when reffing St.Buryan or his team.He was "a larger than life character."

Goodness me. Dale was a top bloke. Played alongside him at Gulval. Always smiling. Very sad news. RIP Dale, and my sincere condolences to your family.

Dale's family have asked me to say thank you for all the well wishes. He will be sadly missed by both his family and the club. He was a larger than life character for all the right reasons and was a stalwart of the club for many years, especially as assistant manager and then manager of the second team. Hard to believe that he's not going to be on the sidelines anymore. His funeral will take place at Camborne crematorium on the 9th May at 14.30 followed by a celebration of his life at The Swordfish.
