Dear Sir,

 

We would like to invite you and your friends/colleagues to enter a team into our FREE Argyle FIT (Fans In Training) Weight Loss League.

 

The League is tailored for men looking to get themselves fitter whilst having fun. Argyle FIT is a 12 week programme using football as a way to lose weight with your colleagues. We have partnered up with the Cornwall Council - Healthy Cornwall, who are health professionals, that are going to be assisting us with the weigh ins and all the theoretical side of the health management whilst you're on the programme. They will also be delivering Healthy workshop presentations every 3 weeks for you to help you lose weight at a steady, healthy rate.

 

The Centre starts on April 30th an will be hosted at Hayle Football Club, every Tuesday night (EXCLUDING HALF TERM/HOLIDAYS) from 7:00pm – 8:30pm.

 

The League is open to males over the age of 18 and must fall within the following BMI brackets:

For 18 – 35 year old's your BMI must be 27.50 or above

For 36+ year old your BMI must be 25 or above

To enter a team you must have 10 willing participants including yourself to attend each week. THERE IS NO COST TO ENTER THE LEAGUE. We can only accept up to 10 teams in the league, with interest rising very quickly, I would recommend getting your team booked in as soon as possible.

Before you book your team in please can you contact me with the list of 10 names that you're going to have in your team, along with their email, date of birth and Company they work for.
