true_blue_browner
the 3G rubber crum at callington is good! trained on it all last year and it was great-alot better than the new astro at liskeard. the 3G at callie is better than the marsh field!hahaha i play in goal and didnt have too many problems it pain when diving on it. we played a pre season frieldly last year against plymouth argyle undr 17's on a 3G at ashburton and that wasnt too bad either. local_boy
they're pretty good to play on, once you get a feel for the bounce etc then you can start playing football, getting the ball on the deck, teaches you to stay on your feet a lot more although sliding on it doesnt hurt too much!! Dave James
it is all very well having loads of new 3G pitches .......but who can afford to use them ?????? We have been quoted £90 a game !!!!! Junior clubs who would use them loads during the winter months simply cannot afford silly money . :(
