I personally think the introduction of the rolling substitutes in the Combination League has been a good thing. A lot easier to keep players happy and maintain a squad. Does anyone know if this is something which will be happening with the new St Pirans League?

Overall, rolling subs has worked well. It has been used as a time wasting tactics but I just add the time on.

It gives managers an opportunity to take someone off for a few minutes to calm them down.

Nobody wants to travel from east to west and back again and be on the bench for 90 minutes. That's why I took up the whistle !
