Indidual Combo clubs Golden Boot Awards, season by season

I have finished the Golden Boot Awards for individual clubs. A rush job to start with but I will alter each page and colour in the player's names that can't be caught by team mates even if all the goals have not been found. 
Go on the page below and click on on the teams you are interested in under the column Golden Boot. Lots of info missing but it is the best we can find. 
I might start nagging clubs to see if they will lend me old team sheet books.
