Callington Town have appointed former player Adam Chidzoy as their new first team manager following the decision to release Kevin Pethick from the role on Thursday.

 

Club Chairman, Paul Fletcher expressed just how difficult it was to come to the decision.“It was an incredibly difficult thing to do in releasing Kevin Pethick as manager.  Kevin has been a player and manager for a number of years with our thirds, seconds and latterly the first team and we would like to thank him for his efforts both on and off the pitch.  We really do wish him the very best in whatever footballing ventures he takes on in the future and are very grateful for all his hard work”
