bigbadbarry
I’ve seen on the peninsula page about loyal members and players, think there are more loyal people involved at combo level with the likes of kimmo at Aggie and the curnows at st just. I visit lots of local grounds and it’s nice to see clubmen doing what they do for there clubs so I’ve put this up so some appreciation can be shown for these people and what they do not just on a Saturday but through the week

Mark Leah
We are very proud at St Day AFC to have; Peter Grenfell (55years) Dave Searle (54 yrs) - Club Chairman Tony Evans (52 years) - President Gareth Jones (30 years) Adrian Walters (27 years) - Treasurer Clive Jones (26 years) Phil Richards (25 years) Late Kerwin Prisk (53 years before passing away in October 2014) All of these have played for the club and still now either manage, complete groundmans roles or some sort of admin in the running of the club. On top of this we have started a roll of honour which displays the names of all players who have played over 150 1st team matches and if possible the total of their club matches (2nds & 3rds)..... we are still actively counting!!! Some players now strive to see their name on that board. It's important that these people are recognised as it's something truely remarkable and not see much these days. Our Club tournament is in honour of Dave Searle and the Fair play Cups awards to the youth teams on that weekend in July is in memory of Kerwin. Big shout out to all clubman and women in all your respective clubs. Let's not also forget the partners of these long serving people too.....
