West Cornwall F.C – Management Announcement 27th June 2018

West Cornwall FC are delighted to announce the return of Dan Inch as the 1st team manager for the 2018/19 season.

As most are aware, Dan has had two previously successful spells in charge of the 1st team since he put the club together over 10 years ago, before taking a well-earned break away from being involved on Saturday's to focus on his young family over the last couple of years.

The club are very excited to welcome Dan back into the fold and look forward to improving on our first season in senior football last season with another positive campaign this year.

Dan also brings in Carl Lander as an assistant, and we would like to welcome Carl back to the club after previously scoring 13 goals in 38 appearances as a player in our early years. Dan will also be adding a third name to his management team before the beginning of the season (Further announcement to follow)

Dan Inch has said "Really looking forward to the new season and putting together a management team to help consolidate our status in the LWC Combination League. I'm excited by the progress of the club with lots going on off of the pitch to help us build on what we have already achieved. Adam Lockwood has been exceptional with our reserves this year and we will work closely to ensure both teams are competitive in the new season."

Any player that has been coached by Dan in the past, knows that his technical knowledge of the game is unrivalled locally, and so we look forward to welcoming players both new, former and current to pre-season training in July.

During pre-season we aim to have sessions on both Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as well as pre-season friendlies for both sides throughout mid-late July/early August.

The first training session kicks off on Thursday 5th July at 20:00 - 21:30 on the 3G pitch at Camborne College. Our AGM will be held before the first training session at 7pm on Thursday 5th July in the gym classroom next to the 3G pitch. All players and supporters of the club are welcome to attend.
