Dave Deacon Posted June 5, 2018 Report Share Posted June 5, 2018 On behalf of football throughout the county I was sorry to read the announcement from Pensilva FC that their Reserve team skipper Andrew Payne was involved in a car accident yesterday afternoon resulting in his death. Naturally our condolences go to Andrew’s family and close friends which includes all those at Pensilva FC.
