Ventured down to watch Division 4s Wendron at Perranwell.

And great effort by the Perranwell ground staff to get the game on, I would hate to be on the receiving end of Mr fisher and Mr Rees reaction tomorrow when they see the pitch and the state it’s been left in

Great result though for the home side 3-1 after being 0-1 and Wendron missing a penalty.

Perranwell tucking away a 3rd with a late penalty.

Nice clubhouse too.

St Just Seconds 2-2 Rosudgeon Reserves (HT 2-0)

A game of missed chances for St Just, who realistically should've been 4 or 5 up by half time. Second half Rosudgeon piled on the pressure playing with the wind and scored a late equaliser.

Turning point in my opinion was in the second half, when St Justs Luke May was sin binned after the ref told him to 'shut the **** up' because luke felt he won the ball in a tackle. Luke told the referee he couldn't talk to him like that, so the ref took offence to that comment and sin binned him.

Taking nothing away from Rosudgeon, who's second half performance deserved them their point. Frustrating for us when the game should've been out of sight first half. Cheers to Rosudgeon for coming in for a drink and see you later in the season!

If it is something that St Just/Rosudgeon want to report, they can do so via an Referee Adverse Report Form (found on the Trelawny League website) or/and direct to Cornwall FA's Referee Workforce Officer / Appointments Officer. Personally, if the above statement is true, I would certainly mention it.
