West Cornwall 6-3 Porthleven Reserves

Attendance roughly 20 brave souls. Good job we built a little shelter!

Helter-skelter start, we had the kick off and coughed up a chance against us within the first minute. Keeper spread himself well to save, then we went up the other end and scored. Added another shortly after, and looked like scoring on every attack. Didn't manage to add to our lead, became complacent, and conceded to a great strike right on HT. 2-1

Scored at the start of the half again, which looked to have killed the game off, conceded again, scored again. Got a 2 goal cushion, conceded, then scored near the end. Some really nice football, and some careless defending, but conditions were testing so it is what it is. Another 3 points to build on. Just the short trip to Polperro next week for our first ever Senior Cup game!

All the best to Port for the rest of the season.  The lad that scored twice was an absolute nightmare for us all afternoon. Cracking lad.
