tms no9 Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 you would say that alan oh i mean stealth :ninja:
Guest Clancy Von-Heffenburger Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 both teams have got good a chance as each other, although i would def put mawnan & maybe st keverne into the fray as well!!! important times are comin up with all the dodgy surfaces to play on!
Soccer Follower Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 As Clancy says, those four are the favourites at the moment but we are only half way through the fixtures.A few upsets to come.
Speedy Gonzales Posted December 7, 2007 Author Report Posted December 7, 2007 god shout hamburger, yeh obviously mawnan r favourites bt id say it between 4 teams along wid st keverne, shud b interesting :P
Deano11 Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 if athetic keep there team together and get myself, stevie and karl fit then they will take it , off down the bookies now to place my bet
Shifty Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 You still down Athletic are you deano? When will you be fit to play again?
Deano11 Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 not sure shagger its guna be long time till i am fully fit, i am just stupid and play on my injuries so who do you think will win league
Speedy Gonzales Posted December 7, 2007 Author Report Posted December 7, 2007 the deanman neva left hes savin his best stuff 4 falmouth virgins sorry i mean fal albion lol
Guest geachy1 Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 i think chacewater look gud for the league , but its still long way till the end of the season yet boys, would like to athletic tho cos a few friends play for them
Guest Spenny Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 I think we (Chacewater) have the best we have ever had of winning it. Mainly cos for the first time we have a large squad of players, all of who are good enough to play. Hardest part will be keeping everyone happy. Oh, and we score goals from everywhere on the pitch and dont just rely on Mike Elliott to score them all.
Guest Spenny Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Cheers mate. I have been reading for ages but now i fancy putting my side to some of these topics. Some good stuff comes up...... apart from the combo pages..... god do they talk s##t sometimes!
Magic Mike Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 local derby tomorrow for chacewater as they host an in form st day side! watch out for a bit more outfield action from THE CAT
Guest Spenny Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Yeah and gutted i will miss it. St Day will def be up for it after a decent recent run, and they wont have any pressure cos no one outside St Day will give them a prayer. Cant see their defence holding out against our attack for 90 mins though.
Guest Garry Kay Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 It's a pity your not playing Spenny. At least we know what to expect from you. Surprises are harder to deal with. I think we'll need to put someone young, fast and quick witted on Mike. If we can stop him scoring more than five, we might have a chance. Take care Spenny
Soccer Follower Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Local derbies are a whole different ball game Garry and i'm sure you and the boys will be well up for it. Let's hope that the weather's not as bad as is forecasted.
rose like a salmon Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 i think there are 4 or 5 teams that could win it.i would not be surprised if it goes down to the last game of the season .the league is very competitive this year .already been some upsets and sure more to come.also i must say the standard is very good in fhl top to bottom .this may sound strange but the best team we played this year would have to be holmans :c:
Magic Mike Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 i'll mark him!!! he wont expect a young lad like me to have all the knowledge and defensive experience that i do!!! ive nearly as much experience as garry kay but in 18 years younger and have way more hair
baggie Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 What do you guys think about Perranwells' chances of winning the league ? Heard they've got a decent side & with their pitch - outsiders....maybe?????
Soccer Follower Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Quite right Roy,a long way to go and a lot of twists and turns to come. Athletic with their full team available are a formidable side.
rose like a salmon Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 they are not in fhl 1 baggie but heard they got a good team in div 2
Guest Spenny Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Hi garry, dont worry i will be around for the reverse fixture in Feb so you can all try and stop me then. people have been taking me lightly for 20 years so nothing new there. Will be a good game tomorrow but obviously hope you lose.
baggie Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Oh...Must pay more attention....got it..good luck anyway
Guest Gaz-Man Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Not much between the teams at the top but Chaccwater wont drop many points at home and I think that may be the key.
Magic Mike Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 lets see if st day can take any off them tommorrow shall we!!!!!!
