...Nigel , as far as I am aware Tremough break up this Friday and will not be playing any further games until 13th Jan 2008 when term starts again , which will **** up everything once more !!!!

but then ..why do County have rounds in Dec and Jan when the pitches are bad ..........

and miss out Nov and February when they could and in my opinion should fixture rounds????

Another point, do they really need to play the final in March when most of the clubs are still playing league matches and cannot turn out to watch the final??

Why not hold it over until near the end of April and give players a chance to play in front of a decent crowd

County would even make a packet on the gate !!!

Time for more clubs to kick up a fuss and get it changed ????

or am I just talking COMMON SENSE again ????? :angry2: :angry2:

it looks like the BIG game has been postponed due to Falmouth albion having a county under 18s match. Mr James very good point, who do people need to go to to get this changed ????

:yahoo: The clubs need to get in touch with members of the COUNTY CUPS COMMITTEE .

.their names and details can be found in the County handbook or on the CornwallFA.com website .

Suggest that if more than 32 clubs enter they have a prelim round end of September

1st Round in October gets it down to 16 clubs

2nd Round in November down to last 8 teams

NO ROUNDS AT ALL IN DEC OR JAN !!

They very rarely get played because of bad pitches now anyway !! All it does is make a backlog of normal League fixtures until they are played.

1/4 Finals in February

1/2 Finals in March

Final at end of April ........when ALL the clubs can have a day off to watch the COUNTY SUNDAY CUP FINAL

Most will have finished their League matches by then anyway .....so then we get a decent crowd and a much better atmosphere to make it a special day for the two clubs who get to the final .

SIMPLE REALLY :yahoo:

SO GET WORKING ON THE CCFA GUYS SOON
