The 2008 'Must Have Calendar'........

Yes the boys and girls of St Agnes AFC have gone and done it again - but with a bit of a difference! Unlike last years calendar which featured individual tastefully shot 'Calendar Girls' style pictures this years offering contains group photos - with other members of the St Agnes Sports Club as well as members of St Agnes AFC. We have the ladies doing a Harvest Festival composition (think cabbages!) with the boys doing their own 'Boy Band' (think cymbals and flutes!). We have guest appearances from local group 'The Beasts' - is that a well known local referee I spot wearing some cricket pads?? And for the boys amongst you the netball girls are on display (is that what I meant?) Even a group of our veterans entered into the spirit of the event with their own Christmas tribute! (one of the photos was however banned owing to a misplacement of baubles and too much ding-a-ling revealed!

A lot of fun has been had preparing this calendar again and proceeds are to be split between the St Agnes Sports Club and the NSPCC. Martyn is once again printing the calendar for free which last year enabled the calendar to raise £1000 which was split between St Agnes AFC and The Willow Foundation a charity providing special day for seriously ill young adults!

We hope that some of you might support this years calendar - you will be guaranteed a giggle and might even recognise a few in the pictures as members of this forum!
