As covered on the SWPL Forum:-

"I have allowed Callington Town v Plymouth Parkway scheduled for Friday night to be postponed as the ground is already unplayable and further rain is forecast, particularly for Friday itself.

Callington had hoped to have the official switch-on of their lights and had invited many guests so would not have wanted the game off it could be helped, plus by calling off on Thursday teatime they can contact those guests to let them know.

The game will now be on Tuesday 28th March and they hope to re-invite guests and have the big switch-on on that date.
