players being left out due to coaches/managers playing favorites, or disliking players for personal reason,

 

also would think it be a good idea for league to add a terminate player registration by mutal consent being added, so players don't miss games when could be playing

First paragraph: that's football. For better or for worse, it happens everywhere at all levels and always will.  

Second pragraph: this is effectively the '7 day ruling'. If both player and club agrees to it the 7 days is waived and the player is free to sign to the requested club.

I would say sometimes the three points comes above keeping players happy. It's tough at times as you want everyone to get a game but there have been numerous times that subs have left disappointed this season in a tight game. As Wendron said, that's football.

 

As for playing favourites, well if they're better at football that's fair enough.
