Has there ever been any Cornish matches that have been close to this scoreline (Draw)

All I can remember is Bodmin Town 4 Falmouth Town 4 in the 70's. There must be higher than this.

About 6 years ago Wadebridge 5 v 5 Newquay AFC in the old SWL, Newquay were 4-0 up after 15mins and hung on for a draw - Wadebridge had a penalty saved in the last few minuites if my memory is not totally shot.

This is the highest score draw I have found in the Combo.

The highest ever score draw was played on 26th October 1974 between Helston Athletic (home team) and RAF St Mawgan. At half-time Helston were 5-0 up but St Mawgan came back to 5-4 before the game finally finished 6-6.

I played in a 6-6 draw and in an old Non League Club Directory some minor Reading League saw an 8-8 game!
