Great game to watch at a prestine Helston, looking fantastic these days, enclosed, nice stand, fantastic floodlights and what an immaculate pitch!! Reminiscent of Penryns Kernick Road a few moons ago!! Great job!!   ?   Thought both teams did very well, Kimmo had quite a few drop outs from his original squad but still had a strong physical line up which he predictably set up spot on and they were a great test for the young lads with Hoops utilising his talented squad making 9 changes from the starting line up that beat Devon 4-1. Great management keeping everyone feeling involved. Thought the County youth lads played some terrific football throughout which was a pleasure to watch and showed a lot of character coming from 0-2 down to lead 3-2 before the Combo lads capped a fine performance of their own with a last minute equaliser. Well officiated as always by Kevin Knowles, lovely way with the players and never seems to get a decision wrong!?! Nice fresh evening as well, bit different to the monsoon at Penryn which curtailed the original fixture!!! Great way to spend a Monday night!!!
