St Blazey 3v0 Liskeard

Recommended Posts

I made it to see St Blazey score the 2nd by Nanks and the 3rd by Sebbar. Fantastic win. Gona be that kind of season in the past 8 days weve lost at Witheridge, drew 3-3 at home to Holsworthy and won well today. Philpy seems to be getting rid of anyone who dosnt want to wear the green shirt with pride which is good to hear!! Keep it going Blazey.

First half was very poor. Second half Blazey were inspired. Nanks man of the match.

Liskeard were bad. They almost seemed to throw the towel in during the last 15 minutes.

Six defeats in 11 league games. Not good for a squad so expensively assembled.

Expect managerial musical chairs at Lux Park sooner rather than later.

If I understand right and Philpy played, surely aged 47 he is and will remain the oldest player to play in the Peninsula League. Definitely Premier Division.

You are right about the chances Rawa, but I feel you have failed to mention how it was St Blazey who took the game by the scruff of the neck after the break and dominated for long spells. I'd be interested to hear who the "few players out" for Liskeard were? And on the same point we were missing Regular GK Scott Palmer, club captain Neil Burton and the vastly experienced Wayne Hewitt and Matt Parsons!
