Mike Odgers
For the third consecutive Saturday 4th. placed Falmouth Town are involved in a top of the table SWPL clash ,this time at 2nd.spot Dartmouth. (previously 1-1 at Torpoint 2nd v 3rd,then 1-3 v Plymouth P/W 1st.v2nd) Dartmouth unbeaten at HOME-Falmouth unbeaten AWAY This will be the first ever competitive meeting between the clubs although Dartmouth have visited Falmouth in a PSF in the dark past. Hopefully Falmouth will bring their usual away following to boost the Dartmouth gate which sadly averages at 55 (the lowest in the Premier Div) who are in fact the Ex Devon League champions and current SWPL Charity cup holders. This my first time visit to Longcross so according to the directory ,is it first right after the BP garage into Milton Lane then first right into the STADIUM ? If so I will locate the ground then venture into the town for an hour or so. Does anyone know if Ross Bellotti plays in goal as I remember his father playing for Falmouth in the latter years of the Western Leage days.
