Not seen this widely advertised apart from the Trelawny fafull time website - Good news all round

The FA have removed Rule C2(c)(ii) (Service Players) from FA Rules for 2016/17 and its equivalent Rule (8a(ii) from the Standard Code Of Rules. This means that clubs wishing to register a serviceman no longer have to submit an approach to the relevant Service FA. League Rules have been updated to reflect this late change and the Armed Forces approach forms have been deleted from the Library Notice. 

Armed Forces Registration Forms MUST still be used when registering service personnel as the requirement to include service details when registering has not been removed.
