Live in Plymouth with wife to Michelle and 3 step-kids. Had to pack in playing in 1995 after serious knee injury. Tried to make numerous come backs - that failed miserably. The last ending with a broken leg and ankle requiring a six inch metal plate and 7 screws... so probably best I called it a day then!!

Been involved with Tamarside's Junior and Senior setup for around 10 years now. I started the Senior side in 2000/01 and, other than a short sabaticle (no comment there), have been involved ever since. I'm very proud of what we have acheived at Tamarside in a reletively short space of time and our ambition remains to enter the new Peninsula League at some stage.

As well as assisting Darren Potter with the first team I also coach one of our U11s sides that my son plays for. We're not the greatest team in the world but they have improved dramatically over the season... and they enjoy themselves, which is the main issue!!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our first season in Cornwall and have met some friendly, interesting and extremely passionate people... and we're looking forward to playing in the Premier Division next season!!

I have been watching Penzance since the glory days of 1974-75.

I used to travel home and away to watch all 1st team games in the SWL until roughly 1992.

I found that the SWL got boring so since then have followed our Reserve team in the Combo home and away.

For those that might recognise me, I'm the fat bloke with the beard cheering on the Magpies from the touchline. I live in hope that one day we will win something!

I used to watch football in the winter and the Mounts Bay Buccaneers American Football Club in the summer again both home and away. I'll probably watch the Cornish Sharks AFC based in Newquay this summer as I have just found out about them.
