On 30th August, a charity match will take place at Sticker Football Club, involving two teams Paul proudly represented in his life, tragically cut short by a brain tumour last year.

At 4pm, prior to the match, there will be an exhibition training session / youth match involving local boys' football teams.

This will be followed by a match between an ex-Sticker Xl and  Western Inn Veterans at approximately 5pm.

Paul represented Sticker FC at both reserve and first team level during the late 90's and the 2000s. Then, in 2011, he joined many of his ex-Sticker colleagues playing for Western Inn Vets FC. Paul was still incredibly fit and put in many impressive performances right up to a few months before his illness.

After the match at approx. 7pm, local band Jailhouse, will provide entertainment in the Sticker FC clubhouse. There will be a raffle on the day with many excellent prizes.

Collection buckets will be available throughout the day to make donations with all proceeds going to Cornwall Hospice Care.

Any former players wishing to play, or get involved please contact either Dave Hardy 07775717179 or Anthony Tucker 07746002387
