Guest
It means the 'big boys' have more of a chance of playing one of the smaller clubs but unless there is a number of 32 or 64 then preliminary rounds or byes would be needed.
jeff13088
Interesting Will be interesting to see Saltash 3rds get drawn away to Sennen in the 3rd round, what a trip that would be

jeff13088
I know, not good is itThink it's a good idea in principal, as it would be nice to go to places that we've never played before but may take a little working out.
Richard Rundle
Saltash 3rds won't be in Junior Cup as their second team (Duchy Prem) will be entered Saltash United reserves are in the East Cornwall league, so the team in the Junior Cup will be their third team. STEVES
I think you will find they have a team in Duchy Premier
Brianmooreshead
Was always part of the fun in the Junior Cup travelling west or north to new locations and a stopping run back to home on the mini bus, bribing someone to drive it !Not so sure the youngsters these days like to do that. Most junior games I watch lately the players don't even stop for a shower !

Guest
Since the formation of the Trelawny League it is basically a League Cup. I think last season only Probus playing in the eastern section and Premier Sixes in the west were the only changes. I'm glad it's been opened up. Raises the possibility of a Stratton United vs Kilkhampton or St Buryan vs Pendeen final. By that I mean two eastern teams or two western teams. There wouldn't be a need for the regional finals either.
