LOCAL FOOTIE REF, FORMER COUNTDOWN CONTESTANT AND FORMER WORLD RECORD HOLDER (yes, really - look at my profile !!), DAVE GREEN, IS HOLDING A CHARITY QUIZ EVENING. ALL PROCEEDS TO THE ST STEPHEN'S SPECIAL NEEDS UNIT AT ST STEPHEN'S PRIMARY SCHOOL IN LAUNCESTON. 'TIS £30 FOR A TABLE - ALL TABLES OF NO MORE THAN SIX - (that's about a fiver each). Although there will probably be a few questions on rockit scienc, spelling or Japanese poetry to sort out the men from the boys, there will be lots of sport, TV and all the stuff that we all know about. CALL ME ON 01566 779032 TO BOOK A TABLE FOR YOU AND FIVE COMRADES. THE HOTEL HAVE LIMITED ME TO 20 TABLES SO PLEASE BOOK SOON TO AVOID ANY DISSAPPOINTMENT. FULL BAR FACILITIES AVAILABLE.
