Bodmin 2  LC Phoenix 6

A much welcomed return to winning ways for the alumni team as Launceston College Phoenix outplayed Bodmin for most the game. Man of the match Jake Benney scored a brace, as did skipper Nathan Cox. There was also a goal apiece for Ryan Julien and Jamie Barton, who claimed his first alumni goal after an excellent free kick routine involving Paul Smith and Darren Webber.

Good luck to Bodmin who seem a good bunch of boys.

Pelynt 5 Saltash 0

Very comfortable victory for the home side against a spirited and young Saltash team - their second win against Saltash in a week. Pelynt raced into a 4 goal lead in the first half and never looked in danger. Saltash were awarded two penalties with one missed and one saved. Home scorers were Ryan Oxley 3, Anthony Harman 1 and an own goal.

Saltash are virtually assured of remaining the in Premier League for next season so there will no doubt be tighter encounters to come between these teams next year.
